I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money. The spacious and modern apartment was great location in a quiet area close to the marina and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

Spacious and well-equipped, the apartment is in a great location with easy access to amenities. While some areas could use a little TLC, the overall vibe is comfortable. Just keep an eye out for check-in instructions-navigating can be a bit tricky. Perfect for a convenient stay!

Reasonably large room with central heating, TV set and a microwave for a comfortable stay. Location right by restaurants, shops and golf course nearby, shopping centre/restaurant, and the garden and garage. And a 5-minute walk from Links Hope Island.

I had a great stay at the Peninsula. The location was perfect for me, as it was conveniently situated near family in Hope Island. I appreciated being within walking distance of a supermarket and nearby restaurants, making it super easy to grab meals. The check-in process was smooth, especially since I had to make last-minute arrangements due to traffic, and the staff was very accommodating. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day.
None 😊.

The moment I stepped in, the floors were disgusting-felt like they hadn't been cleaned in ages! My feet were black from just walking around. Plus, there was even a used needle stashed in the cupboard. Totally unacceptable!

What a lovely spot for a romantic getaway! The location was super convenient, making it easy to hit nearby attractions and enjoy the local vibe. Our spacious two-bedroom unit was perfect for cozy evenings in, plus having a full-sized kitchen was a huge bonus. We enjoyed some nice home-cooked meals and a glass of wine on the balcony, taking in the gorgeous views!
There were a few hiccups that could be improved. The cleanliness of the unit could’ve been better, as we found some dust and little things that needed fixing. Plus, the BBQ situation was a bit of a hassle since we had to walk to the next hotel. a lovely stay despite the minor annoyances!

The room came with brand-new furniture that added a touch of modern elegance. I appreciated the upgrade to a three-bedroom layout, which perfectly accommodated my family. The second bedroom featured a cozy smaller bed, and the balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun.
The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from neighboring rooms, which was slightly disruptive during late nights.

I was pleasantly surprised by the built-in 24-hour one-touch button linked to medically-trained on-site security, ensuring peace of mind. The apartment's unique features were fantastic, with separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, allowing me to enjoy cooking my own meals and relaxing in ample space. A very short walk took me to the Hope Island Market Center, where I found all my local needs, from cafes to grocery stores.
Access issues from the gated community.

Our family of six had a spacious and quiet stay in a two-level townhouse at the Residences At the Peninsula, perfect for our 13-14 year old kids. With three bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a large living area, we were comfortable. the location near Sanctuary Cove and local amenities was great for relaxation, while nearby attractions like WhiteWater World and Phil Hill Park made for memorable family bonding experiences. the furniture quality was disappointing, and the kitchen lacked basic utensils, which hindered our cooking plans. while the apartment had its perks and potential, minor improvements are needed for a truly enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect for our needs, with everything just minutes away. the townhouse was clean upon arrival, and a starter pack was available. the check-in/out process was easy, and the beds were comfortable. the gated community offered security, and Coles was a short walk away.
The swimming pool wasn't onsite. Balcony doors couldn't be locked.
